Very inconsistent. One day we had great tropical chacha cocktails with lime. Next day it was served with a lemon, but we had very good Adjarian khachapuri. These two times the service was okay, not great.
Next time I came back to get a khachapuri and a cocktail and waited for each of them for 55 and 65 mins respectively. Had hard time trying to « catch » waiters as they were seemingly avoiding talking to customers from tables they didn’t serve. And the waiter who accepted my order never even checked on me. Gladly, there was an employee named Grigory, who I think was a busser and not waiter, who saw me and helped me check on whether my order was getting prepared. He made sure it was being cooked and eventually I got my order. By the way, khachapuri was brought by the waiter who originally accepted it and he NEVER BROUGHT A FORK AND A KNIFE as if I was supposed to mix the egg and cheese in a khachapuri and eat with my bare hands by default. Grigory saw that and brought me a knife and a fork. Then I ONCE AGAIN asked for a cocktail and my waiter finally brought it. So, to reiterate, I had waited 55 minutes for a khachapuri, which WAS NOT COOKED IN A SIMILAR WAY AND TASTED VERY ORDINARILY to put it mildly, and you do realize I was extremely hungry by that time. And I had waited for 65 minutes for my cocktail, this time without any lime or lemon. The waiter reluctantly apologized when he brought the khachapuri but never said a word when he brought a check. Total disappointment and disrespect to your clients and their time.
So, I have a reasonable suggestion for you to retrain your employees and cooking staff as the quality of food must not vary based on a day you come to the restaurant, and one person must not sit and wait for OVER AN HOUR for the order. I could have ordered more, had I been served properly (it is good for your business). I could have left earlier and freed the space for new customers (it IS good for your business). What you have now is losing money and loyalty of your clients.
I give two stars. One for Giorgy! Professional and well-mannered young man. And one for...

Let me tell you — I came to Nephele Sky Bar looking for dinner, but I left with a spiritual experience… and an unsolved culinary crime. ✨🔍🍤
The View? Unreal. Like I was dating Batumi for the first time and she decided to show off her best angle. 😍🌅 The balcony? 10/10. I felt like a Bond villain overlooking my empire. Or at least a moderately wealthy influencer pretending I own a yacht. 🛥️📸💅 I could’ve sipped battery acid and still smiled with that sunset in my eyes. 🧃☀️
But then… the food arrived. And suddenly I wasn’t in the clouds anymore — I was crash-landing into flavor purgatory. 🍗🚨
Ordered the shrimp. Got something that looked like it had shrimp described to it in a dream. The salad? Bold of them to serve lettuce that was clearly still contemplating whether it wanted to be picked that day. 🥬😬
We tried to signal the waiter about the food. He nodded... and brought us a candle. 🕯️👀 Either they’re into avant-garde customer service or I was being gently ghosted by a rooftop bar.
The cocktails? Tasted like they were invented by someone who recently learned what fruit is. 🍓❓🍸 But hey, they came with vibes and a paper straw that disintegrated faster than my hopes. 🙃🥤💔
But again – THE VIEW. I forgave everything while watching the Ferris wheel glow, the sea sparkle, and my fork quietly sob. 🎡🌊🍴😭
Final verdict: Come for the views, stay for the vibes, and maybe eat before you arrive unless you’re on a rooftop fasting retreat. 🙏😅

Your service is extremely slow. The price-to-quality ratio of what you offer is absolutely unacceptable and falls far below expectations. The four stars you have on Google are clearly overrated. Yes, the balcony view is beautiful, everything looks nice, and you’re located in a Hilton building — but for some reason, your waitstaff doesn’t speak English. How is that even possible?
And what the hell is going on with your staff taking away the salt and pepper from the table while the guest is still eating? Have you lost your mind? Where is the management looking? Why aren’t you training your staff properly? Why is such low-skilled service being charged at such premium prices to...
