The ice-cream is great, However, and unfortunately, there seems to be a big need to train all luca polare staff to respect their customers, smile and greet them, and then serve them in the way they deserve without pre- judging them based on their clothes, color, race or gender. I noticed that anytime they see a woman wearing a scarf, they somehow change their tone, and pace of their voice, never smile and even mistreat them.
