Oh for those who has strive for cinnamon ice cream and lot, extremely lot of joy from visiting this womderfull place. Once you give the order and till you get it finally those simple 10 minutes could be eternity but this is definotely worth of it. Just imagine baked cinnamon flavored doe filled with cream and apple(as exactly that was my choice) strudel onside and lavishly poured by ice cream one could hardly resist this delight. And staff os so friendly so happy to offer you various options. If there is any place where human can experience the overdoses of the cinnamon and be happy than vosit this small place om the very centre of the city. Lumiers Chimney Cake is hands down the best chimney cake I’ve ever had! The texture is perfectly soft on the inside and delightfully crispy on the outside. It was very disappointing to visit one of our favorite place in Tbilisi and meet a very rude employee. We used to visit this place frequently when we were in Tbilisi a few months ago . The staff were very cheerful and friendly back then... But today the lady , who met us there was very unfriendly to say the list .
