This restaurant owners/staff are digusting! First off all we arrived with a service dog (with jacket) at this place to get some food. When we wanted to order some food we were kicked out of the restaurant with the words: KEIN HUNDEN!!! Hello this is a service dog not a household dog! We never got threated this bad at any place in Germany as there! Really I have no words for this kind of staff and owner! My advice: STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

Ab und an verschlägt es einem schonmal in den kleinen McDonalds wenn man im Bahnhof ist und Zeit hat. Die Auswahl wird von Jahr zu Jahr allerdings immer kleiner bzw eingeschränkter. Das ich nun für ein RoyalTS Menü (mit Fritten und großer Cola) Rund 12€ hier bezahlen muss/soll fand ich schon happig. Auf den Hamburger RoyalTS war diesesmal doch tatsächlich eine weiße Salatsoße drauf, das passte garnicht zusammen, und hat auch nicht geschmeckt. Für das Geld gehe ich dann schon lieber in Zukunft in ein Burgerrestaurant! Bessere Alternativen an Speiseangebote gibt es im Bahnhofsgebäude genug, zwar keine Burger aber bessere Alternativen. Stand Ostern 2025

We went to The Aachen restaurant on Saturday August 12th, around 0930am, and found the staff very rude i asked first of all for chicken nuggets the woman said no, when i asked for something asked the women said she only spoke German, and couldn't help me, why the man working in the restaurant shouted silly English can't speak German, seeming McDonalds is an international company employing such people must put the company in a poor light, so if you a foreign tourist, i would suggest not to go to that restaurant in Aachen or you may receive the same...

While the workers were sweet, the cheeseburger was 2.49€ which is absolutely ridiculous but since I was in a hurry, I got it and received something that could be considered health hazard, really old and hard bread, did not taste good at all, god knows how long it was sitting there. Inedible, so I threw it away and wasted food and money. So I ended up starving the entire train...
