Gustavo — Restaurant in Augsburg

We have been the first time to Gustavo and it will definetly not be the last time. The team at Gustavo is nice, professional and they create an easy to go atmosphere. All dishes snd the menu will be explained, not only what the dish/each course is but more like how was it prepared and where are the ingrediants are coiming from.

I had four courese and all were delicoius. Not only fresh but also opening new taste experiences and having a well balance dish where ingrediants are perfectly coming together. Also the amouse bouche and the closing dish are super good and fresh.

Wir waren gestern das erste Mal bei gustavo und verbrachten einen großartigen Abend in entspannter Atmosphäre und mit kulinarischen Highlights.

Man fühlt sich sofort wohl in der gemütlichen Location und wird sofort freundlich und professionell vom jungen Team empfangen. Die Weinkarte bietet eine tolle Auswahl an beispielsweise italienischen (Schaum-)Weinen und so begonnen wir den Abend mit einem leckeren Glas Franciacorta, wozu ein kreativer Gruß aus der Küche gereicht wurde. Wir entschieden uns alle für 4 Gänge und waren von jedem Gericht begeistert. Der Inhaber Gustavo erklärte jedes Gericht persönlich und ergänzte hier und da noch die letzte, meist fermentiert oder eingelegte, abrundende Zutat am Tisch.

Selten haben wir Pilze so kreativ zubereitet gegessen und auch die Fleischgerichte mit Roastbeef und das Steak waren ein Gedicht.
