Very good food and service at an affordable price. We two came here randomly and shared one King Masala Thali together as we were not very hungry but the food turned out to be so abundant that we needed to order a second nunn to be able to finish all the sauces. It was definitely a good choice for trying various dishes at once. As this was our first time to try Indian food, the staff was very helpful to show us way to enjoy it properly. Heute möchte ich mein absolutes Lieblingsrestaurant: KING Masala (in der Jakobervorstadt) bewerten, was indisches Essen betrifft. Wir kommen regelmäßig.

Gestern waren wir mal wieder zu Besuch. Gleich vorneweg gibt es vier kleine indische Saucen (Tamarinde, Mango, grüne Chili und Joghurt-Minze). Allesamt super lecker, die grüne sehr scharf, was einem aber auch gesagt wird.

Wir hatten als Hauptgerichte einmal vegetarisches Karahi Paneer (mein persönliches Lieblingsgericht mit leckerem indischen Käse in Currysauce) und ein Chickengericht mit Cashew aus dem Lehmofen. Dieses wurde neben Reis mit Naan gereicht und einer extra Sauce. Gigantisch!!! Wir haben ein extra Naan mit Knoblauch bestellt. Da hab ich in Augsburg bis jetzt auch kein besseres gegessen. Zum Abschluss gibt es beim Bezahlen ein kleines leckeres Mango-Dessert und einen Absacker aufs Haus. Besonders positiv möchte ich auch den Service hervorheben. Immer sehr zuvorkommend, super freundlich und routiniert.

Die Preise sind für die großen Portionen und Qualität fast schon zu gering bzw. mehr als fair. Wir haben für die zwei Hauptgerichte, Getränke und extra Knobinaan 44,50€ bezahlt. Blieb auch noch ne ganze Portion für den nächsten Tag übrig:)

Auf den Fotos ist Mangosaft als Absacker zu sehen (wurde uns netterweise gebracht, weil wir bleifrei wollten).
