Akito Sushi Express — Restaurant in Berlin

I live next to the place and I’ve already been there several times as food quality is in the average, even if the prices are bit high; but I unfortunately can not say the same about the service: uneducated and disrespectful, just TERRIBLE.

Here what just happened: I ordered as usual a take away and I wanted AS USUAL to pay with card (international card that I ALWAYS use there). The waitress after looking at me with disdain (she obviously wanted cash), finally takes the pos (not appropriate to the type of card.) She tries to pay twice accusing me of not having money and not being able to afford dinner. I kindly explain that the card works properly and that I had just made a payment in another place. The arrogant lady assiduously repeats that the problem is my card ACCUSING ME several times of can not afford the payment.

I just left the place shocked, knowing I wouldn’t go there anymore, deleting the order.

If the maid had behaved properly, I would certainly have gone to withdraw the requested money. But this service doesn't deserve a penny!

P.S.: I left the restaurant and opted for Rewe where the card...

Unbelievably Bad Service and photo in menu is deceivable !!!

I ordered the chirashi don which should contain 3 different fish sashimi in a rice bowl with salad and avocado (seen on the picture in the menu). Upon my question what fish it would contain the waitress told me exactly as seen on the picture :salmon, tuna and butterfish. When the bowl arrived I could already see that there was no butterfish (see attached picture), it tasted quite squishy and there wasn't any avocado either. When I asked the waitress why there wasn't any avocado as I had seen in the menu she just replied 'nonoo this just decoration to make beautiful photo, just decoration '. All for 9.50 is also quite expensive when the bowl wasn't even what I wanted (better go to kuchi for 8 euros)! I will not...

We visited this place on our 5 day Berlin vacation. We were looking for something different to eat and stumbled upon this quiet little place.

The service was quick. Surprisingly quick. The waitress was pleasant and the food was delicious. We had gyoza to our hearts delight and when they finished we ordered more and more.
