I had the pleasure of dining at Co Chu, what I can confidently say is the best Vietnamese restaurant I've been to. I had an absolutely fantastic time there, thanks to the incredible food and the attentive and friendly staff. The open kitchen concept was particularly impressive, as it allowed me to see the fresh ingredients being used to cook my meal. It was clear that the restaurant takes great pride in the quality of its cooking. In addition to the food being delicious, it was also excellent value for money. The portions were generous, and the prices were reasonable, considering the quality of the dishes. The service was also fast and efficient, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend giving Co Chu a try if you're looking for an exceptional Vietnamese dining experience. I will definitely be returning soon, as the combination of great food, friendly staff, and good value for money make it a must-visit restaurant.

Used to be a regular customer there. Today I made an order in Lieferando, and after 15 minutes of waiting for it got an email that my order is cancelled. Then I called Co Chu by phone and ordered exactly the same items to take away and was told that my order would be ready in 10 minutes. After around 20 (sic!) minutes later when I arrived to them I learned that my order wasn't sent to the kitchen yet. When I asked them why my Lieferando order was cancelled they told me they don't work with Lieferando. I know it's not true because I already ordered from them using Lieferando several times before. And, well, I was able to place my order this time as well. Instead of saying that they were sorry, the waitresses asked me to take a seat and wait for my order as if nothing happened. All in all, had my lunch 1.5 hours after placing my Lieferando order. That's a pity, because I like their food.

I love Vietnam. Spectacular mix of wonderful people, surviving cultural and political pressures with a great perspective and terrific food. Sadly, this city has obviously worn down their pride, coercing the community to produce sweet, sauce drenched, mass produced vegetable mixes, with no regard to the nuances of fragrant herbs and tamarind they deserve. This place is the example I've found so often here. Looks like soup, tasted like a box of sugar, with boiling water added and pre cut mass vegetable products. I'm more deflated than a trump balloon at a Bernie sanders convention.

I am deeply disappointed to share my recent experience at this restaurant, a place my wife, brother-in-law, and I have frequented for the past six years. Our visit today was marred by shockingly inappropriate behaviour from the main staff, a middle aged man who was okay for the past 6 years.

During our meal, the main server, a male staff, confronted my wife with an incredibly rude inquiry about why we did not leave a tip. This was not only unexpected but completely uncalled for. We have always been generous patrons, often rounding up our bills. Even during the difficult times of COVID-19 when we supported the establishment through numerous takeaways.

Our loyalty as regular customers, visiting monthly for several years, has apparently lost its value. The quality of the food has remained excellent, but the service etiquette has drastically plummeted. If tipping is a requirement, it should be clearly stated on the menu. This is not the United States where tipping is customary. The audacity to single out my wife for this questioning is particularly upsetting.

In response, I personally returned to the restaurant, leaving a 10 euro tip on our 60 euro meal, and made it clear that we will no longer patronize this establishment. The beautiful memories we had of this place have been irreparably tarnished by this incident. I will also be advising my friends to avoid this restaurant. Such behavior towards customers is unacceptable and...

I used to go to this restaurant each and every Monday for lunch. And I am always ordering the vegan duck as it is the best in town. And as always I was tipping. However, today this restaurant treated me like Shi*t.

I ordered the vegan duck. My colleague could witness this. I paid - and as usual they DONT GIVE YOU A RECEIPT - and waited for my takeaway. When it was ready, they wanted to give me vegan chicken (which I cannot recommend as it is not good at all and which I didn't order).

Instead of apologizing for the mistake, the waitress insisted that I ordered vegan chicken. Instead of asking if it's okay for me to take it, she started shouting at me and wanted to have additional money. And of course, as they don't give a receipt, I couldn't check the order, neither could I proove the amount I paid.

I have never been treated this way in a restaurant. Believe me, you will never see me again. Maybe you should start giving receipts and start allowing card payment...
