Edit: You have actually improved a lot, we now enjoy shopping here, employees are nice and it's been a while since we bought anything that has expired. :) Meat is also good now. 👌
To refresh this review with additional attitude issues. We've asked for some veil livers and they said they'll order and we should come back in 2 days and they'll have it. We came back and they had no idea about it and instead of owning it up, you are made a fool for their lack of communication. I dont know where you pick the staff, but try a different method. Pattern of attitude issue seems pretty apparent. We will take a break from bioCompany moving forward and visit AlNatura and other shops intead.
Some products are nice. Meat is not good - one at butcher - and everything is pretty pricey. Staff is the worst though. We bought multiple times products that have already gone bad. Like..expiry date was a week ago. For this prices, this kind of things should NEVER happen. Cherry on top was, notifying the staff about bad product on the shelfs and they could not care less. Could not even be bothered to do anything about it, but left them there for more customer to get screwed. Also fruit is sometimes moldy. Do you really care about our health or...
Read moreNice little supermarket with a good selection and pleasant layout. I was neatly dressed and felt there was nothing about my appearance or behaviour to warrant suspicion. I was told after I complied with showing the contents of my bag that it wasn’t meant to cause offence but that a thief at another store had recently hidden 20 kg of coffee in a large bag. As the only customer in a nearly empty store, with several staff around, I’m not sure why I was singled out. It left me feeling uncomfortable and unlikely to return, which is a shame as...
Read moreoverpriced like all other bio markts, and surely giving you your coffee in a brand new solid plastic cup that they expect you to reuse isn't actually better for the environment than giving you a paper one... are you supposed to put the wet coffee cup in your bag after you've used it? makes no sense whatsoever, an empty gesture towards environmentalism that somehow manages to be environmentally harmful.
on the other hand, if you like pretending that you are solving environmental issues by shopping, and that you're absolved of your first world guilt and better than others because you can afford to spend 3 times as much money on groceries as the average person... this is a perfect...
