Bundes Burger — Restaurant in Berlin

I had the crispy chicken burger, which was meh. Did not care for the batter at all, nor the quality of the chicken. But the fries were pretty good. So why the 5-stars?

First, I'm not comfortable rating this place low till I try the hamburger, which is their signature.

Two, the staff is friendly and the service top notch.

There, this is one of the only super late night Berlin eateries. On the Monday night I was there, they were open till 3. This is unheard of in Berlin. Despite its (deserved) reputation as an international party town, Berlin food options are really limited after 9-10. Thank you Bundes Burger for stepping into the void.

It's also next to a late night spati / Bodega, for added convenience. Close to the U-bahn and perfect for late night food and snacks.

I gotta give a star cause they did deliver burgers, however that is where the resemblance came to a crashing halt. Dry, burnt patties, dry buns, an overall desert-like experience in my mouth.
