KE GUSTO? — Restaurant in Berlin

I just stopped here for ice cream after a a dinner at Namaste, and my family and I were not disappointed.

The chocolate, vanilla and hazelnut were absolutely delicious. My wife and son had one scoop each whist I overindulged and had two scoops.

The cost was 2 euros per scoop.

The staff were exceptionally friendly despite a few minutes from closing. They did not speak too much English, but tried extremely hard to assist us.

This, without doubt, was the best ice-cream we have tasted in Berlin, and we will be stopping back on Monday when...

I have mixed feelings about the KeGusto ice cream shop. While the ambiance and presentation of their icecreams are visually appealing, I have to say that the prices are a bit on the higher side. I have visited this place with my family more than 10 times, hoping to find something extraordinary, but unfortunately, the flavors offered are nothing out of the ordinary. The taste is good but not exceptional. Overall, I would give KeGusto a three out of five stars. It's a decent place to satisfy your sweet tooth, but don't expect anything...

Leider kann ich diese Eisdiele nicht weiterempfehlen. Ich habe ein Eiskaffee bestellt und wie gewohnt erwartet, dass es in einem großen Glas mit einer Kugel Eis und ausreichend Kaffee serviert wird. Stattdessen habe ich ein kleines Glas erhalten, da angeblich keine großen Gläser mehr vorhanden waren. Anstatt uns vorher darüber zu informieren das keine großen Gläser mehr vorhanden sind, wurde uns lediglich ein Rabatt von 1 Euro gewährt – ohne vorherige Absprache.

Als wir nach mehr Kaffee gefragt haben, da das Verhältnis von Kaffee zu Eis überhaupt nicht stimmte, wurde die Verkäuferin unfreundlich. Anstatt uns als Kunden entgegenzukommen, sollten wir für den zusätzlichen Kaffee nochmals 2,50 Euro zahlen.

Der Kundenservice war absolut enttäuschend. Nie wieder werde ich diesen unfreundlichen Laden betreten. Wenn man Wert auf guten Service legt, sollte man definitiv...
