My recent visit to Burger King was extremely disappointing. The food was cooked in burned oil, and the French fries were covered in black burned oil residue. Despite my complaint, the staff didn't take action to rectify the situation or change the oil. Additionally, they were unbelievably unfriendly, rude, and seemed quite lazy. While I understand that working in fast food can be demanding, basic courtesy and professionalism should never be compromised. When we accept a job, it's essential to do it properly, ensuring customer satisfaction and upholding the standards of the establishment. Every time, really is impossible that they put your order complete. Today we went to there buy food for us and our kid. They give us the bags, my husband asks if the toy is inside and the man that gives us the food answers: it must and then goes away. We came home and the toy as of course missing and also the drink from the kids meal. Imagine the disappointment of our kid. What to do?
