The menu is overcomplicated with all the add ons and special surprises. Dont know what i got charged for in the end. The drinks are overpriced. There is a lot of emphasis on esthetics, bot for the food and for the interior of the place, but in terms of food they dont really deliver on the quality. Its just ok. The service needs a lot of improvement (they seem to struggle to get the order right). Overall not worth the money spent for the simple lunch.
In response to the owner comment: In the menu, for the 2 eur suprise add on, you do not specify if you only allow veggie or any surprise. If you want to price things like that on the menu then be specific. Again, not my fault that your menu is overcomplicated.
On point 2: dont offer dinner menu while serving lunch if you dont want confusion that you cant manage, after which you will blame customers.
As far as pointing fingures is concerned, that seems to be you, as it seems that you like to judge your customers and whether they are perfect or imperfect. If you can't take constructive criticism, then you shouldnt be in the business of serving customers.
p.s. it wasnt my first time there. The first time we were there, our order was taken, and when we returned to pick it up 15 mins later, the staff pretended it was not ready yet, when eventually they admitted they forgot about it. so, i think you are the one who should look deeper inside if you want to survive in this business and not rely on...

Whole experience was also way less enjoyable than menu pics would suggest. So let’s start… Fried enogi - dripping greasy and hard to chew. Edamame - lukewarm. Jasmin peach lemonade - super sweet, jasmin notes were not there at all. Sushi - each piece tastes the same: salmon, crab, tuna - doesn’t matter. Additionally, pistachio on tuna maki wasn’t detectable, same for sesame in sake maki. We got avocado sashimi (!) instead of eel sashimi, lack of eel was not consulted. sushi rolls come with A Lot Of sauces which is delicious but then you don’t taste the sushi iteself.. which is a shame bcs they have complex flavour combinations. So use LESS sauces on the sushis and let the sushi shine
alcoholic cocktails almost have no alcohol in them despite of costing 10-15 euros.. so if you charge that much, you have to use decent amount of alcohol..
they don’t speak English, there were some customers with allergies who didn’t speak German and it wasn’t very...
