This cafe is one of the top ones in Berlin! I love it!
Excellent coffee, an inventive menu which offers Vietnamese dishes along with typical popular cafe bites (think delicious cakes!), and really great crowds!
The food is not only creative, it's really good! One of their most popular dishes - the egg-drop sandwich, is truly delightful and the perfect blend of sweet and savoury. The coffee is really well-made and perhaps the best I've been able to find in the city.
The cafe is brilliant in that they don't push people out after an hour or so, rather they create a chilled atmosphere that allows you to come by, open up a good book or get some work done on a laptop, and relax or focus freely - this is so important in a cafe and something we're seeing less and less of unfortunately.
They have internet service too, but it's very unreliable. I would strongly request that the cafe please look into this, as it's also a very old-fashioned internet set-up and really could do with being upgraded. Another request to the cafe is that they improve ventilation inside somehow - when there is a lot of fish being cooked, it can start to smell quite strange inside. And the smoke from people smoking outside leaks into the cafe which is really not good, especially when there are kids in the cafe.
The staff themselves are fairly unassuming and can be quite rushed during the busier times, but they definitely do their jobs. And now let's talk about the famous dog...
She is absolutely STUNNING, ADORABLE, LOVELY and more! If you're extremely lucky (I mean this, she's not often there...), you'll get to catch her, and I promise if you're a dog-person, you'll fall in love instantly! Not just that, but the cafe is naturally extremely dog-friendly, so attracts plenty of adorable dogs with their usually friendly owners!
What's-more, the place even sells very pretty plants! So I give this place a...

I love their Iced Chai with Oat milk and especially love to pair it with one of their delicious self-made cakes like the Matcha cheesecake or the Blueberry and Lime Cheesecake 🥧 Although I'm living a 45 min train ride away I love coming here with my friends or just to do some work. The owners are super friendly and the Café has just a great atmosphere. Definitely recommend checking it out for yourself!!!
Update: I still love it here. It's one of my all-time favorite café places in Berlin. I come here as often as possible and even show it to my friends who come to visit. They love it here as well and always pick up some plants when we leave. Soon their food menu will change and I can't wait to try out the delicious new things they are offering . Especially the 'Rabbit Egg Drop'. Also can't wait for the temperatures to go up again so I can sit...
Read moreFrom the moment you step into Rabbit Cafe, the charm is palpable. This quaint spot has quickly become my go-to destination for a cozy lunch break. Not only does the cafe offer a serene ambiance, but it is also home to Susie, the adorable dog who adds an extra layer of warmth to the atmosphere.
One cannot review Rabbit Cafe without raving about their bibimbap. It's a dish that truly stands out, with perfectly cooked rice, beautifully seasoned vegetables, and just the right amount of heat. Each component of the bibimbap is a testament to the care and authenticity the cafe puts into their food. This dish alone makes Rabbit Cafe the best lunch spot in the area.
Moreover, the staff’s friendliness and the cafe's clean, inviting environment make every visit a delightful experience. Whether you’re a local or just passing through, Rabbit Cafe offers a perfect blend of delicious meals and heartwarming company with Susie.
