We went to this place and were very disappointed. The service was terrible, and just because we were a little late for our reservation, they practically shouted at us and scolded us harshly

I can provide proof of your lies here if you'd like. Our reservation was at 12:30, and we messaged you at 12:59, just like you said, to let you know we were running late. When we arrived, about 70% of the restaurant was empty anyway. What I’m complaining about is that you yelled at us and scolded us in front of everyone — who gave you the right to do that?

You could have simply told us that our reservation was no longer valid and that you wouldn’t be able to serve us, instead of shouting at us in public. There is absolutely no professionalism in the way you run your place. We've met and collaborated with many people in Berlin’s gastronomy scene, and you are the only ones we've ever had an issue with.
