They almost doubled their prices for paninis in the last couple of years and since reopening from corona.

I understand businesses need to make money back after being closed for so long but such a huge price hike with no increase in quality or service feels disingenuous.

It’s now 12euro something for one panini and some even contains pre-made avocado creme. 12euros and you don’t even get real avocado?!

I ordered one with tomatoes and herbs, which tasted good but didn’t have very much filling (pic) which again makes it feel like a rip off.

Delicious pastries, cakes and croissants indeed. My tip is the pistachio cake 😍

The coffee has a good note. Nothing out of this world though. A solid 3.5/4 out of 5.

It's a nice little place to read, work with good and fast wifi or also meet a friend. It can get very loud inside at times though, so outside sitting is recommended.

As for the staff I've experienced both very friendly and open to variate recipes or give suggestions, as well as unbothered enough to even look at you or simply unfriendly.

So honestly, for a great cake, do come. Otherwise,...

Last time. Lazy, careless, rude staff. Rubbish not just left on tables but actually plonked down in front of you! The staff are untrained babies without the faintest idea of customer service. Perhaps that's no surprise because the owner, when he deigns to come in, is the most appalling "me..me..me" show you would ever choose to witness and who clearly considers all customers as secondary to what he has to say or do. It's dirty, it's noisy and it's slow as hell. I love to support the businesses in this Kiez but these backsliders aren't getting another...
