Sushi & Asian Tveita — Restaurant in Berlin

We liked going to Hubertha after it opened. But the service got a lot worse over time. During my last visit, I sat at a table for more than ten minutes before I was handed a menu. After I received the menu it took the staff another 15 minutes to take my order. Next, it took another 15 minutes for the food to arrive. I was one of only a handful of customers. It was not a busy time of the day.

After waiting 40 minutes for a simple plate the quality of the food does not matter to me. I'm hungry, I'm bored and, frankly, over this restaurant. With so many options to choose from, I'm not willing...

Food is ok.. not bad but definitely not good. Veggies need to be cooked longer! But i give only 2 stars cause the service was very bad. I was waiting outside for a menu for about 20 minutes, they didn't came out to say hello although i told them i was out with a baby and i needed a Kinderstuhl. Then to order same story, at some point I thought it was self service 🤷🏼‍♀️ At the moment of paying i really felt like leaving no tip since the service was so bad but he took tip anyways without me telling him 😂 I guess is ok food to take away but definitely not...

Bad service, worse food! Food was not here and over 40 mins late ( even though ordered hours ago for a specific time), when I call the service lady on the phone, she tells me she doesn’t have time to check my order, I should call Lieferando and wait for my food. She was rude and I told me to handle it differently next time since that is not her job. Horrible service! Turns out the poor lieferando guy was waiting for a long time!
