Golden Rice Mitte — Restaurant in Berlin

We received the wrong sushi role (tuna with cucumber instead of avocado) when doing take away and called the restaurant when we realized. At this point we already ate two pieces not realizing it was cucumber. The staff told us to come back and get another role, but then we received a call from the manager 5 minutes later that we need to bring back the cucumber roles and if we ate some of it already we cannot get a new role. The way I was spoken to on the phone was incredibly rude. We go there every single week and were treated like the worst customers. Seems everyone was lucky with the service here, ours was horrible. First night, restaurant was basically empty for lunch with 2-3 tables and ours and the waiter still forgot to bring out half of the order not to mention have us beging for the drinks at some point that didn't arrive even after half the food order. For humors sake my partner decided to go again the next evening, same situation almost no tables, the same waiter passed us a few times, no greeting, no menu, he sat down in the empty restaurant to entertain him self with his phone... The food aren't bad, but one might say that the pricing is put slightly high, though it tasted good. The drink I purchased, ginger ale, tasted poorly of ginger, and I am quite sensitive to the taste of ginger. Lastly, I ordered a desert, called the green tee ice, it was very prominent and round in taste and can be easily be recommended. I wouldn't say you get a lot of food for the money but I didn't leave hungry, which is probably the lost important thing at this price point..
