I had a group of people visiting Berlin and thought I'd take them to a nice ramen dinner, and tried to give this place a chance. I am a regular at several local ramen shops so wanted to give this new one a try. Unfortunately I will not be returning or recommending this restaurant. First, we ordered starters and of my guests pork was forgotten by the waiter so we asked him for the missing dish, as we were waiting to eat as a group, and he just acted confused and it took another 20 minutes and asking for the starter several more times. So all of the other starters were cold by the time the missing one arrived.

Second, when I asked if you can order extra noodles for your ramen I was told this isn't a thing they do, anyone who's gone to a traditional Japanese ramen house knows this is a regular option for authentic ramen houses. Eventually the waiter said they could do it but this was off-putting and not traditional Japanese.

Third, we ordered 4 pork ramen and one miso ramen. When the soup came they brought only the Miso soup and completely forgot the other 4 of 5 soups for the table. I had to ask about our soups several times and once again the staff seemed unorganized and confused. So we had to wait 20 minutes more for the 4 soup. The one who had his Miso ramen was done eating by the time we got our soup. This was unprofessional and now we are all eating our soup and one is completely done eating.

Fourth, with all of the unorganised issues from the staff paying the bill was a nightmare. The bill was incorrect with items on it that never came and sorting out the issues made by the staff took another 20+ minutes. So an easy dinner for my guests that we had allotted 90 min for had taken over 2hr now.

Final thoughts.. horrible service, overpriced, disorganized shop. I would suggest going to CoColo Ramen for dinner for a traditional, organised, fun ramen house and skip...

Our take-out order arrived quickly, still hot, and well-packaged so zero complaints about the service or presentation. Unfortunately, the food itself didn’t quite match expectations, especially given the premium price. I had the Tantan ramen and my wife the Chicken ramen. While nothing was of poor quality, the portions felt smaller compared to other ramen shops we visit, and both dishes lacked depth of flavour. My Tantan broth was a bit watered down without that rich, savoury punch, and my wife’s chicken ramen was missing expected toppings like corn. Overall, excellent delivery experience, but the taste, portion size, and value didn’t convince...

Berlin ramen kinda sucks but this is the best place I’ve been to so far!

Tonkotsu ramen broth was rich and creamy with a savoury umami flavour, exactly how a good ramen should taste. The pork belly is soft like jelly, and all the condiments make for as authentic a meal as you can get in this part of Berlin.

Also enjoyed a side serving of broccoli salad which was fresh, crunchy and lightly seasoned.

It’s also Japanese chef and ownership which is great if you want an authentic meal.

They said they updated their recipe, which might explain the negative comments a few months back.

Personally, I will definitely...

This is it, the real deal! By far the best ramen I've had outside of Japan. I've been to so many so-called "best ramen in town" spots, but always left disappointed, often unable to even finish half the broth. But this one is a gem, and I'm so glad I found it! You can already tell from the menu that they're serving real food with veggies other than just corn! And the fact that even the vegetarian ramen is delicious says everything. The starters are great too, and for the first time, I had a homemade gyoza that actually feels homemade. I love this place! Finally found my ramen spot after six years in Berlin, haha.

We had Tonkotsu and Tantan Ramen, sadly the most bland Ramen in Berlin so far. Also the Tantan and the additional spicy oil weren't spicy at all maximum piquant. Also I don't understand if you write egg on the menu but serve just half of an egg... The restaurant seems to be completely self service, nobody came after we ate to clear the table or to ask if we want something else or even more to drink, even we are almost the only guests and the waiter was all the time behind us, which gave a bit weird feeling. For that taste and quality of service overpriced.
