De lady who helped us was first taking her time to chat to her neighbor before even batting an eye to see if there were any new customers ready to order. Then when she was able to make time for us, she showed poor customer service. The order was wrong, she didn't fold the bags close, she took her time, lacked an energetic feel and couldn't even afford a smile as we left.

Then, the sandwiches are made to look good instead of keeping in mind that you actually have to eat them. All ingredients were placed so you could see them from the outside. There was one... Yes one slice of cucumber and tomato on an entire sandwich of 25cm long.

Edit, to add something else. Almost all sandwiches featured cheese. Their awnser to our question: "Could you make a sandwich without cheese?" As we saw a pile of bread behind the counter ready to be turned into sandwiches. Their awnser: "no".

I hope you see this before buying something from Kamps so you can spend your money...

Very expensive, low quality food, prepared by incompetent personnel. The personnel is only competent by being rude to customers. They are joking between themselves and people is cueing up and nobody is attended.

Today I grabbed the posnet to Put my card because is was go far away. The lady shouted me that I was going to break it and that they will make me pay for it 🤣🤣 which made me laugh. I’m not paying for your old silly posnet. If I could give this place half a star I would. One is too much.

Learn how to treat customers. THEY HAVE NO IDEA IN THIS PLACE.

If you are non-local, this place is a good introduction to the worst of Germany’s customer service. Which is indeed way behind the rest of the world.

Avoid this place. Horrible people.

Yelled at while packing up because we dared to have 1 container from another nearby business on the table even after buying multiple things from this place. We were then kicked out, still yelling from behind the counter... Of which we basically didn't understand a thing other than him waving his finger to the door and saying "exit" in German. No conversion, just an out of the blue GTFO. The family stood there dumbfounded at what was happening before leaving to avoid what felt like would turn into physical confrontation given how mad he was. Note that we never spoke to or provoked this employee beforehand. 0 star service!! Chill the heck...
