La Cantina Rosso — Restaurant in Berlin

After reading the reviews on Tripadvisor and here on Google we decided to try this Restaurant. We got to order Our drinks and Food (2 pizza, 2 pasta and 1salmon) but after that the problems began. We had alot of patience since there were alot of guests in the Restaurant but after almost 1,5 hours we asked the waitor When we would get Our Food, he said 10 min. About 20 min later and no Food we asked again and They promised to prioritize Our order.

We then got the pasta and one pizza. The truffle pasta did not have any truffle. The pizza did not have any ham on and was not ready, also served cold.

Then the salmon came and it was raw!!

This was by far the worst experience we ever had in a Restaurant. They do not deserve 1star but this is the lowest rating....

The lesson we learned is not to rely on reviews, I hope they improve because no guests should be...

The portions are so small that this definitely does NOT worth the visit! Me and my husband were absolutely hungry after our dinner, such a shame! :(

The portion of Bolognese was only 100 g, maximum 150 g. The portion of calamari was delivered in (attention!) - 3 peaces! so there was only 3 calamari! And this was the whole portion!

We checked other people sitting around us and it seems like no one was happy with their little portions 😅 The manager ignored my complaint and pretended that he is not hearing anything.

My advice: please do not save on the products, especially on the products which has no big value (pasta). Otherwise, you will loose all your clients!

very very very slow service (we started to eat only 75 minutes after ordering). almost no attention from the staff as addition to the kitchen's pace... even ordering the check was a difficult long mission (asking several times from few waiters) don't order the Turbut! they don't know how to do it so save 35 Euro. I didn't leave a Tip this time (because obviously they don't deserve one) and it's make me feel more bitter because it's make me happy to give (20% it's my routine when everything works well). one positive point for the end: the Pancote was good.
