Man wird nicht bedient, wenn man schon lange vorm Tresen mit Portemonnaie in der Hand steht. Auf Nachfrage erfährt man von der typischen Berliner Schnauze, dass man sich nicht an der richtigen Seite des Tresens angestellt hat, bedient wird rechts. Das ist aber von außen überhaupt ersichtlich, es gibt keine Kennzeichnung. Als ich an den Tresen kam, war nur ein Kunde in Bedienung, also auch keine Schlange. Als sich dann Nachkommende hinter diesem Kunden aufreiten, wurde konsequent die Schlange abgearbeitet, ich wurde ignoriert.
