I thought this place would be amazing, but was a really bad choice! I was with my husband and I tried us to get drinks… which took a lot. Then, a group of friends arrived and were very mean, they felt like superstars and stayed in front of the bar table the whole time… when my drinks got ready they STOLE them. I still remember the very cheap lady with curly hair saying to their friends that “please help me I wanna stole these” they were so stupid… of course I did not make a scene but they were mean, like bullies and I had to request once again for my drinks… I know bartenders can’t act in the name of clients… but this was so unfair! I had to wait for my drinks the double the time and I know they knew exactly who stole my drinks. I think as bartenders you have to make sure good environment is being offered! - this means RESPECT! Some of the best drinks in town in a very eccentric and artsy district. Very easy to stay here until closing as the drinks are affordable and the environment is very pleasing. Great place to visit with friends for catching up or meeting new people. Very central to restaurants that you can visit before hand or after. It’s a very special place with the best 0% gin basil I have ever had. The team is amazing and always very attentive even though this bar is packed and they would still have to kindly ask people to leave at 5-5:30 My friends love just changing places every other round and it feels like a cozy little journey over the night.
