Food is fine, but unfortunately, we could not appreciate customer service at all. We reserved a day before, yet we got seated at the bar - while at least 4 tables were completely free when we arrived. We spent around 1hr 40 min there, during which two couples seated at the tables left, replaced by two other who arrived. So, all the 4 tables that were empty on our arrival, kept being empty until we left - while more people were being packed to sit at the bar. Moreover, when I went to the toilet before leaving, I discovered 3 free tables more behind the bar. Made no sense whatsoever. In Berlin there are quite many good sushi restaurants to choose from, therefore I'd say service is important to win a client. Very bad organisation, we also had to wait quite long for some some dishes, warm starters were served after sashimis as...
Read moreCame in yesterday with a reservation for six people and booked table on purpose (you can’t sit with a group and kids at the bar). I was told that only the bar is available since the reservation is done by other people. I insisted that we want a table and was told that a table in the corner (where an employee was eating at that time) can be cleaned up. After the table was cleaned up, I still saw rice remains on the table. The table was in the dark corner next to the toilette (I assume that this table is not much liked by customers hence the employee was having dinner there). We decided to leave after this experience. This is highly unprofessional to...
Read moreNice atmosphere. Kaiten zushi: sushi on a conveyer belt. The quality of the food is fine by Berlin standards. However the pricing of the colored plates is unclear, some might even say dishonest, as many clients must also get confused just as we did)l. We were asked to pay more than double of the amount expected, despite having confirmed prices with the waiter ahead of time. Our bill was corrected, but both staff members were very annoyed and made no effort to hide it: not the best experience at the cash register, especially when people can't take responsibility for...
