Pizzeria Alte Forno — Restaurant in Berlin

Leaving that ping-pong bar, I had yet no idea that I was yearning for a pizza ; but what I could strictly not picture was the thirst for revolt that filled my belly one hour later. Oddly, a feeling of gratefulness washed over the sheer consternation that grew progressively as I engulfed slice after hopeful slice. A simple explanation for that is that one is seldom, that goes without saying, tasting the worst occurence of a certain food type in its life, and as such, grave experiences as those must be examined carefully. Before one calls humbugs or shenanigans, the fact that my friend had a dire diarrhea for two days, yet still refused to finish his pizza should be a clear warning for anybody having a digestive system of his own. What can one expect from a quattro formaggi ? At one AM, I would accept cheese coming out of an archeological jar, but that crossed the line for me. Straight emmental, feta from a recessed Greece, no tomato sauce, and God forbids, no Gorgonzola was simply insulting. Is it getting old ? The bitterness of paying 12 euros was but equal to the secret understanding that I should have known than to trust a a pizzeria that served burgers. Two stars because I trust the owner(s) to seriously look at their offer, before good-willing customers like me start eating toenails instead of fake-ass...

Hey Leute, ich war immer in diesem „Restaurant“ essen, heute war aber endgültig der letzte Tag. Das Personal ist einfach nur ekelhaft und unfreundlich. Folgendes: Ich habe mir eine Pizza bestellt (Nr.34), 5 Sekunden später habe ich für meine Oma genau die selbe Pizza bestellt. Ich sagte folgendes: „Ich hätte gerne noch einmal die Nr.34“ ich sagte sogar extra nochmal, weil die kein gutes deutsch sprechen, „also nochmal die selbe Pizza“. Alles schön und gut, er hat die Bestellung aufgenommen, dann war das Essen fertig. Ich sehe es ist eine ganz andere Pizza, natürlich meinte ich sofort: „Sorry, aber ich habe 34 nicht 35 gesagt.“ Der wurde direkt aggressiv und meinte: „Nein du hast 35 gesagt.“ Ich dachte mir nur so Bro willst du jetzt mit mir diskutieren was ich gesagt habe? I mean, ich weiß doch besser was ich gesagt habe. Dann haben wir locker 5-10 Minuten diskutiert nur um eine scheiße neue Pizza zu machen. Halt richtig unnötig so, statt einfach wie ein normaler Mitarbeiter zu sagen: „okay sorry ich mache eine neue.“ Dann hat der komische auch noch 2€ verlangt um eine neue Pizza zu machen, obwohl die Pizzen gleich viel kosten. Der hat auch noch einen anderen Mitarbeiter gerufen, dafür das ich die „Bestätigung“ höre das er angeblich recht hatte. Das lustige aber war der 2. Mitarbeiter war nichtmal das während dessen als es passiert ist und der meinte trotzdem, ne du hast 35 gesagt. Ich dachte mir nur so bist du auf den Kopf gefallen oder wie? Du warst nicht mal da, woher willst du wissen was ich meinte. Naja im Großen und Ganzen, bekamen wir dann zum Schluss die Pizza, aber komplett verbrannt🤦🏻‍♀️. Am Schluss als wir gegangen sind hat er mir auch noch um mich zu provozieren hinterherschrieen: „ich kann besser deutsch als du“ und ich habe ihm gesagt: „ Ja auf jeden Fall, merkt man.“ Somit war das ganze Drama auch beendet und wir kommen da nie wieder hin, würde ich dich auch so empfehlen, außer ihr habt Lust auf dumme, unfreundliche Mitarbeiter, die kein richtiges Deutsch verstehen und nicht euren...

The worst staff behaviour on the planet. Never ever again I will go to this place. Such a rude behaviour towards the customer, He used abusive word pointing to the customer when according to me very unpleasant. We are not there to be treated like that, we are paying for the food and the service, including VAT. It took more than 45 min after ordering and when people asked it is too late and cold can you cancel the order he was very rude.

I want to sue the restaurant, but I don't want other staff members to suffer because of him, after all we are Humans we treat others...
