One of the worst hospitality ever. I understand that the place is likely to be fancy but from such a place you at least expect a good hospitality. We were a crowded group and even the guy at the door who is supposed to ‘welcome’ us was rude. Surely they made a good amount of money from our group and even tough every one of us paid their bill there was ‘somehow’ just a drink left. No problem, it happens sometimes with crowded group, it was okay to pay, but when we tried to tell the situation, as an answer we got “We generally don’t even take people around your age.” (we are all 20+) I don’t know which kind of ‘politic system’ they have as they mentioned to us, the whole night was such a disaster because of the people...

Frustrated! Amazingly RUDE staff!! Suppose to be a respectable place, but personnel (exept 1 young guy, he was really nice) was so much UNPOLITE and CONTEMPTUOUS. One waiter said that he was pissed with us (group of clients) -- just because he had a bad day?! And also with huge irritation: "It would be better you all order in German!"
