SPRO Scones Bakery & Coffee — Restaurant in Berlin

I have scones every time I go back to the UK and unfortunately these ones did not compare, even to supermarket ones. The scone I had here was very dry and did not flake like a usual British scone. Also strawberry jam is strawberry jam, not marmalade! :( I know I'm being a bit pedantic now but this annoyed me probably a bit more than it should. I was bit disappointed with the Earl Grey tea. I brewed the tea for a while but really missed an intense bergamot flavour. You're better off serving Twinings!

It took us a while to find barista quality coffee in Berlin. And here it is!!!!! The best coffee, not exaggerating! And also SCONES! With vegan and gluten-free options. The jams come in cute glass jars. And there is yummy vegan coffee walnut cake. The atmosphere is always welcoming and the owner greets you with a warm smile. Spro is one of those places where you keep coming back because it offers that extra something to their customers. I have been recommending this place left and right. Definitely worth...

It’s so refreshing to find places like this one in Berlin. Everything is great, from the ambience to the service. The scones are delicious, scrumptious. Just great.
