This was, hands down, one of the worst theatre experiences I’ve ever had. First, the food made me physically ill—it was served lukewarm, tasted off, and within hours I was nauseous and regretting ever touching it. That alone would have warranted a complaint, but unfortunately, it got worse. The staff were blatantly homophobic, making inappropriate remarks and treating my friends and me with open hostility. It was not just uncomfortable—it was unacceptable. No one should feel unwelcome or unsafe in a supposedly inclusive space.
As for the plays themselves? Terribly written, poorly acted, and painfully directed. I’ve seen high school productions with more passion and professionalism. The pacing dragged, the dialogue felt forced, and the entire evening felt like a bad parody of real theatre.
