I'm rather disappointed in this one. I had high hopes as the choice of beer, ample food options, and lower than "normal" prices sounded very nice on paper. On Vegan Mondays, they even offer a 2 for 1 deal for all vegan or vegetarian options. A great deal bearing in mind most of the main courses were under €13.

Service was probably our biggest issue as quiet simply, it was just not good enough with nowhere near the appropriate level of staff for such a large restaurant.

Other issues were they can not fry anything here as there is a building code that forbids it, so no fries for us, which disappointed the kids enormously.

My Halloumi Pizza was a little embarrassing, to be honest, as I have to rank it as the worst Halloumi I have ever had anywhere near a pizza. I am Cypriot, so I am qualified to judge this, and I would be very surprised if this was Halloumi at all, but perhaps a "fake" halloumi sometimes called Hallo Cheese? Anyway, stay well clear of this one.

However, it was not all doom and gloom as the Bacon Hotdog was fantastic, as was the Spicy Meat Pizza, so there were those on the table that certainly enjoyed their food more than me. On top of that, they had some interesting price offers that can save you a fair amount of money like a game of rock, paper, scissors that if you win the table gets a free dessert!

So, a very reasonably priced restaurant with a few great dishes, if you choose wisely, in a nice location. Recommended? I am afraid not for me, but perhaps you might enjoy some of the other dishes, and if you can put up with the tragically slow speed of service on offer here, it might be...

We had a bad experience with the customer experience in this restaurant and they way the staff deals with it.

We were a group of ten pp. We booked via the website of the place because they were promoting a deal of buy one pizza get the second one for 1 euro. However the staff told us that we didn’t read the “terms and conditions” (which we went and were not existing in the website 404 error) and they can provide us only one 1 eur pizza. The funny thing is that if we would have made a reservation for 5 different tables, 2 o in each then the promo makes sense (?) At the end we accepted and ordered pizzas.

Additionally in the menu there was written that if you challenge a waitress to rock scissors paper and you win, you get one dessert for the table. We did it, got the dessert but after when we wanted to pay the bill this dessert was charged full price.

When we complained about this and showed the proof to the staff again the refer to the unexisting “terms and conditions” section.

So as a conclusion this place offers things in the website that are not true and brings customers with a poor marketing promotion.

it is very expensive and don’t worth the hype of it. We will never come back.

Also please be aware this restaurant is now into the new trend of deleting the bad reviews in google so they keep a high visible fake score. Don’t...

Made a reservation and explained in my booking that I wanted to book for wings. I got an email confirmation so I went to the restaurant with my kids.

When we got to the restaurant we waited at the door, bc we had a reservation. More than 1 employee repeatedly walked past, looked at us, and ignored us. Not a hi, or be with you in a moment.. We waited and waited and waited.. I finally had to go to the bar and someone seated us.. Only for us to not find any wings, after traveling more than half an hour across the city.. And again we were absolutely ignored.. It wasn't busy, but no one came to take our order.. Finally, when I was getting up to leave, a server came to ask if everything was alright.

We were told no, there's no wings, and we can't go to the other bar to have them because it has to be booked in advance. I would have booked the other bar if my reservation had actually been addressed.

The whole thing was just a bad experience, and as much as I like BrewDog beer, I will not waste my time at this place again. They've taken bad service in Berlin to a...

This brewery is perfect on a week day night where it is not very busy. There are tables with high chairs and red comfortable couches near the window which are very suitable for date nights as well, the red light gives a very warm ambiance to the place. They have around 30 different types of tap beer and pale ale as well as non alcoholic options. Hazy pane, punk IPA, tyranny Tiramisu and lost Lager were my favorite. What is very special about this brewery is that you can request to taste as much beer as you want before ordering and they give free tap water, I appreciat this. I love that you can also eat tasty food and not only drink at this brewery. Pizza would be the obvious option to go, I recommend the spicy meaty and Parma karma, or you can also go with a healthy salad or a dessert if you feel like it. The prices are a bit on the higher end but very fair in my opinion for the quality served and the overall atmosphere. Can't wait to come back

Yes to BrewDog in Berlin! As someone who loves fresh, high-quality, and tasty beers, BrewDog in Mitte is one of the few remaining places that maintain that standard. They offer the best service with friendly staff who provide a full experience, especially Loulou and Maya, and really, all of them! The food is excellent, and enjoying some beers in a sunny spot where the sunset is magnificent adds to the experience. The interior is spacious, which I love, and they also have a great backyard. Whether you’re with a group of friends, having a cozy chat as a couple, friends , or just chilling by yourself or with your pet, BrewDog has got you covered. The space, privacy, beer, sun, and service are all top-notch. When I say I can compare, trust me, I mean it. In Berlin, there are a few places that try to copy the vibe, but they are far from reaching the same level. So if you’re in Berlin, don’t miss it. Thanks to the BrewDog team, you deserve this!
