Came here when visiting Berlin this last weekend and it just happened to be close to my hotel. We got there and ordered a flat white coffee to begin with. One word. Amazing. Definitely one of the best coffees I have ever had. The gentleman who was greeting the customers told me that they roast their own beans. Next up I had the truffle lovers omelette and my friend had the truffle egg croissant. So tasty and unique in flavour. We shared a tropical smoothie bowl but I wished I’d got my own as it was so delicious. The only adjustment I’d make to it would be for it to be thicker so it can be spooned better. But that’s just me being pedantic now. Bear in mind that this place is cash only (which is understandable as I am also a small business owner and we get stung on card processing fees too). Of course I had to return the following day. We came again for breakfast. This time I had the açai bowl and my friend had the tropical smoothie bowl and again both had a flat white. Again, amazing coffee and smoothie bowls. Although if I had to recommend one I would recommend the tropical one. This time I bought the beans to take back to the UK with me. In terms of dietary requirements they are very accommodating, they asked me if I was allergic or preferred any other types of milk etc. They also don’t serve pork and I’m pretty sure the meat they do serve is halal (although I didn’t ask as I didn’t order any breakfast that contained meat). They’re Moroccan so I’d be confident in saying that their meat is halal. But definitely double check if you need to. They are very friendly, warm and welcoming. I wish I’d taken pictures of the coffee for the review but it was so good I completely forgot. Thank you Ali and the team for your hospitality. Your place alone makes me want to visit Berlin again.

Stopping here for lunch was a pleasant experience. First of all, the food is good and it’s served beautifully. You can tell the visual presentation matters to the place as the bagels looked very vibrant and colourful with edible flowers. I’ve never seen a bagel look that pretty. I had the cream cheese bagel and the hummus bagel. The staff is extraordinarily friendly and the service is nothing short of fantastic. They were very genuine in both the way they cared about the customer experience as well as how they asked for feedback about the food. There was not a lot to give feedback on, since everything was great and was made with quality ingredients. However, there are a few small things that could be improved which would merit a five star review: 1. Seasoning the salad and especially the tomatoes that go on top of the bagels. This small detail would significantly improve the already delicious bagels. Also, adding just a touch more olive oil on top of the hummus bagel would be great. 2. You really should consider putting a few slices of pickled red onion on top of the cream cheese bagel. It was nice, but it lacks acidity. The bright pink colour would look beautiful along with the tomatoes and chives. All in all, this place has great value for money and the food tastes very nice. If you implement these two suggestions (and perhaps get rid of the almost comically small water glasses), then that would definitely merit a five star review from me.

Visited the place for brunch and was very happy with the food! But don't forget to bring cash! Its a tiny place with limited inside seating so you will have to rely on some luck to find a spot. When the weather is better they do have some tables outside too As a starter we got the chia pudding; something to eat immediately as we were told our food would take at least 1/2 an hour! The pudding was tasty but nothing extra special vs chia puddings everywhere. We ordered the green shakshuka (a very unique dish) and. the savory french toast. Can only recommend both! Delicious! The food, once we got it, was beautifully plated and the quality ingredients were good. For drinks a hot chocolate and an orange juice. Both drinks were a bit watered down. The hot choco seemed to be of powder and barley had any flavor. Also the portion size of the drinks were a bit small. The atmosphere and service were nice. Nothing amazing but nothing bad either. My cons are - only cash payments!! Even though on the window they have a sticker stating they accept cards and digital payment! - long wait time for food - orders need to be placed at the counter and there is a long queue to get through. Food has to be picked up at the counter and you have to try listen for your name being called out. At a restaurant it would be nice to have service at the table - drinks Overall though i would still recommend the place.
