Vincent — Restaurant in Berlin

On our first night in Berlin, we ventured over here based solely on the proximity to our hotel and how amused we were by the website. While we had some challenges locating it (it's on -1 in the plaza), the food more than made for it. Both my traveling companion and I had the basic vegan burger and fries, both of which were super tasty.

The service was just as good. My companion has an essential tremor and had difficulties holding the large burger, so I asked for a knife. The gentleman behind the counter ran to the back, grabbed some gloves and a MASSIVE kitchen knife and proceeded to samurai her burger for her. It worked out great: she was able to enjoy her food without wearing it, and we have one heck of a memory.

i came here today with my sister for our first dinner in berlin (here on holiday for 3 days) and my WORD 😋!! my sister isn’t vegan but she enjoyed the veganizer burger almost as much as i did, and that’s saying something! it was really easy to order (i couldn’t believe they have the same ordering system as mcdonald’s & kfc ?!), pay, and the food was made in good time to utter perfection. we found it so cute they use animals rather than order numbers to call your order 🤍 everything was well priced, average €10-12 per person, for really good portion sizes. would definitely recommend this to any visiting...

Would not serve me a hot burger. They only put them on the grill for 60 seconds, which is not long enough to cook anything. We had them remake them, and they refused to cook them any longer, they said it is their policy that they can only cook it for 60 seconds on each side. Even if the customer asked for it to be hotter. I could not eat my food, no refund was offered. Food may taste fine there, but it’s gross to serve not hot. Fries were fine. $35 for two inedible burgers & a medium order of fries with...
