Terrible service, and definitely far from "zero stress"!

Terrible experience with the waitress of Zero Pizza Kreuzberg. She is a rude and histerical person. She was rather unfriendly all evening and when we finally asked for the bill she indolently said that the card device was not working. We expected some sort of apology, but she acted with an arrogant entitlement and told us to cash out and come back. When we were back, she put on our bill two additional bottles of wine which we didn't consume and when we noticed that and asked for the money back, she acted offended, rolled her eyes, refused to apologize and used inappropriate language. We were shocked by her behaviour and told her we at least expect an apology. Shortly after she had an histerical outburst and ran away into the kitchen crying and calling her boss. The colleague from the kitchen came to the front to talk to us and gave us the 60 EUR back apologizing on behalf of his neurotic colleague. Really terrible experience, but the food was good. I truly hope this lady will be fired. She is definitely not appropriate person to work...

I’ve been here multiple times and I would have given it each time 5 stars. But last night I arrived at 21:45. I checked and it said they close at 22:30 but maybe Apple Maps was wrong. Maybe I offended the girl by going inside to grab a menu but I didn’t see anyone around and that’s because she was on a bench smoking. She had a very mean energy and just coming from a yin yoga class I was of course in a calming maybe even sensible mood. But never once was she even remotely kind to us. I felt like we were a burden and bothering her. I kept trying to understand what we did so wrong to warrant this kind of behavior but, it truly made me never want to come back. Every other time she was kind but maybe she just wasn’t having a good mood. The food was ok and maybe because someone with that kind of energy prepared the food or how I felt treated made all the difference but not sure I feel comfortable to...

It’s a shame! I also feel this great place has diminished. Pizza took 1hr 20 minutes to arrived. We asked for an update and they just said they were busy with Wolt. Normally in a restaurant when there is such a big delay, the staff will explain it to you and offer something. But we had to ask, and we almost felt guilty for asking because the staff were so uninterested in the customers. The staff also seemed super stressed to have customers there.

There was a table of “regulars” sitting there who the staff interacted with a lot, being very fast with drinks and snacks. They took up a lot of space and were very loud too. They even left their bags on the floor in the entrance which I saw other customers step on and fall...
