had an extremely unpleasant experience. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that the owner/manager lacked any understanding of how to treat customers. In fact, I would go so far as to say that he displayed outright rudeness and a complete disregard for customer satisfaction.

One incident that particularly stood out was when I encountered an issue with my order. Instead of addressing the matter professionally and trying to find a solution, the owner/manager responded with an incredible lack of empathy and understanding. He not only failed to take responsibility for the mistake but immediately resorted to blaming and berating the waiter involved.

What shocked me the most was his statement that he would fire the waiter over such a simple mistake. It was clear that he prioritized saving face rather than resolving the issue at hand and ensuring customer satisfaction. Had some ok food and a glass of white wine (Grauburgunder, 7,50€) which was unfortunately really terrible, either really oxidised or just bad.

The Bar spirits offer is probably the worst I've seen in Berlin (I live here)

Tequila: Sierra Tequila only? If you want to throw up, go for it. It's a dirt cheap bottom shelf stuff, a reason why tequila is not so popular in Europe. Bourbon: Jim Beam and Jack Daniels? Very creative (Rewe Supermarket level) Whiskey: Johnnie Walker Red Label etc...

Great service at the upstairs bar. But beware if you come for the music in the cellar, the atmosphere is toxic, thick with cigarette smoke. Amazed this is still legal in Germany in 2025 given how well known the risks are and how unwelcoming it is for anyone whose health makes them particularly vulnerable to second hand smoke. Don't come early as the music will probably start an hour later than advertised judging by our experience. Also be sure to bring cash - cards for payments over 15 euros in an 'emergency' only.
