If guests for two other tables arrive after you ordered and receive some food before you do, would you think this is a sure-fire sign your order was forgotten? I do. I didn't say anything and after some time, my waiter came up to me and asked if I received my chips yet which obviously it wasn't on the table so I didn't. And then he came back to confirm which quesadilla I ordered. I mean it is what it is and everything, and I wasn't pissed off or anything like that. I was too into my own thoughts and problems to worry about their ineptitude. I was alone as usual and just watching how they reacted when they realized this one got by them. It was awkward - the way the waiter keep talking to me looking for some kind of affirmation that everything was okay. I even asked him what he wanted from me. The food wasn't all that great, and they made two mistakes I think. I ordered the nachos that had some cheese on it and they brought me plain chips with 3 salas instead. This was after they brought these chips over to the next table, and that customer had to tell them it was mine. I didn't want to send it back for not getting it right because I waited so long for it in the first place. Not all, but a few of the chips were stale too. OK, they brought me my chicken quesadilla. This actually tasted ok but after I tried it, I opened it up and saw the cheese wasn't completely melted. This confirmed to me I was right about them forgetting my order and rushed making it. It also did not come with a salad like the menu states. Take a look at the picture. Is this some kind of salad here in Germany? There was one strip of lettuce that had an unappetizing glob of what tasted like thick mayonnaise - garnish. I don't know anybody who eats Mexican food with mayonnaise. If I had known this is what they consider a salad, I would have ordered a regular salad instead of the chips which I got some anyway with the quesadilla. Obviously the waiter didn't tell me any of this when he took my order which I guess wouldn't have mattered because they forgot the order and got it wrong anyway. I will say that my still water was fine and came out quickly. Anyway no apologies from anyone there...

Myself and my friend, wondered into this place on Thursday. It was empty, but it was a very nice place and the staff were friendly. The cocktails are very nice and presented very well with reasonable prices. There are many different varieties of cocktails and drinks. We enjoyed our experience that time. We had paid for everything through our Visa debit card .The next day we came into the restaurant it was packed, but we could still get a seat. We ordered our cocktails and we were having a good time. It was time to pay and they informed us it was cash only. We asked why because the previous day we could pay with card. They said it was some issue with the bank and there was a sign outside saying cash only. This sign was in german and we are English-speaking people so obviously we couldn’t read the sign. The server should’ve told us at the start that it was cash only. My two friends had to leave and go and get cash. While my friends went to go get cash they moved my friends food to a different table and these two random people sat beside me. This was a bit rude and random. They had moved her food to a dark corner hidden away from everybody else. I just felt very confused they moved my friend food, knowing she wasn’t done eating and these two random people sat beside me. When my friend came back, she was very upset and they gave her a complimentary shot so She wouldn’t make a scene. She also asked for the manager, but they would not bring the manager. My friend, wasn’t even drinking any alcohol she was only drinking water and soft drinks. This was just very rude, random and unprofessional. The place is very nice. The food is nice and the drinks are nice. The customer service is...

Very BLAND mexican food!

Every course was very dull, and the hot sauce didn't have a kick.

We had margaritas classic and strawberry. obviously, they were out of a machine.

Que pasa nachos for 2 persons arrived within minutes of ordering. Where okey and came with 3 sauces, salsa (2/10), guacamole(8/10), and sourcream mix(2/10).

The salsa was bbq mixed or very smoked The guacamole was nice and fresh The sourcream was a mix of something I didn't like and really didn't feel like trying to analyse any further.

The main course came just a few minutes after we finished the stater and to quickly in my opinion.

We had the taco mix and pollo enchiladas, and it was just the same stuff as the starter and felt like an my overly enthusiastic mom being exploritive with a package tex mex mix for the first time.

And as a finale, my wife was going to pay as I just turned 40 while I went to the lou.

When I return see tells me that they don't take card and the waiter pointed her to where the next atm was.

As she is telling me this, I see a waiter bringing a different table to a card charger.... This prick was a misogynist, and when I called the original waiter that I was going to pay, he had to make me stand up to come pay as a moral victory....

Can't fault a hole restaurant for the actions of one waiter but there wasn't anything there, to rave over to begin with other...
