I am happy to report during my extended stay in Bonn, I discovered this jewel of a restaurant. A short walk from the Bonn Hilton and a block away from the beautiful Rheine River, there is this wonderful dinner house serving contemporary Italian cuisine. The restaurant itself is aesthetically pleasing. A cozy restaurant with tall windows offering natural light which is tastefully decorated in contemporary fashion. The ambiance is very welcoming and charming. The service is consistently exemplary. The multi linguistic staff are helpful, knowledgeable without being overly intrusive contributing to a fantastic dining experience. The food is what sets this restaurant apart. The food is delicious and not heavy as you may find in some other more traditional Italian restaurants. I dined here several times and every dish I tried, was delicious and very well presented. The wine list is adequate but not extensive. Compared to other local restaurants, the prices are competitive and offer good value for money when the quality of the food is considered. I suggest you do not arrive at the restaurant without a reservation on most nights as the locals have also discovered this jewel of a restaurant!

Eat Italian offers unbeatable cuisines. We had a ruccola salad, pesto pasta and trüffle creme pasta. Every single dish was soooo delicious. Definately recommendable!! You should try out how good they are. The best thing is how nice and friendly the staff was. On the day I visited, my friend had a birthday, so we already got a few pieces of cake from other place. It could've been rude to eat cakes bought from other place. But what they did is decorate it and serve it as pictures show below. Im impresssed and touched. I'll definately visit them one more. Zu 110% empfehlenswert! Warum 110%: bereits beim Eintritt wurde man herzlich und authentisch begrüßt, die Reservierung vorab telefonisch ging schnell und klar, obwohl viel los war. Das Restaurant selbst hat einen ganz eigenen, sehr angenehmen Stil, in dem man gerne verweilt. Die Kellnerin hat sich direkt um uns gekümmert, konnte Informationen und Tips zum Essen und Getränken geben. Die Karte war übersichtlich und klar, keine Überforderung an Auswahl. Wir hatten Vorspeise, Hauptspeise und Nachtisch und dazu Longdrinks. Die Vorspeise kam zeitnah und war geschmacklich ideal abgestimmt.

Oliven/Brot und Dip ebenfalls frisch und individuell.

Die Hauptspeise, wirklich auf den Punkt! Trüffelnudeln findet man mittlerweile häufig auf Speisekarten, umso kritischer bin ich hierbei. Die Nudeln aldente, die Soße, der Geschmack, die Rinderspitzen dazu wirklich ein Gedicht.

Der Nachtisch war dann echt die absolute Krönung!! Tiramisù in Kombi mit Cheesecake. Unfassbar lecker und absolut besonders.

Preis/Leistung absolut im Rahmen, da gibt es auch teuere Läden die ein halb so gutes Konzept bieten.

Waren fast die Letzen am Ende, keiner hat uns gehetzt oder gestresst.

War neulich mit Freunden da, leider so gute Bewertungen kann nicht nachvollziehen, Online Reservierung funktioniert schon mal nicht, müssten da ca 40 min warten bis es frei war. Wir haben auch direkt danach alles bestellt, die Vorspeisen als auch Hauptgericht, die Getränke haben wir erst nach min 20 min bekommen. Hauptgerichte meist über 20 €, sind nicht zu gross, ehe fallen kleine aus, Geschmacklich ok, aber auch nicht mehr. Für den Preis, man erwartet schon etwas mehr. Das Fleisch bei der Gericht Tagliatelle di Manzo, war dünn geschnitten und etwas trocken getrabten, außerdem sehr wenig Fleisch, etwa nicht mehr als 60-80 gr. Frutti di Mare ,Oktopus war etwas zähe sowie als auch die Garnelen. Der Kellner hat auch par mal vergessen das Getränk zu mitbringen. Carpacho von Rind + 2Hauptgerichte 1 Bier und 1 ein Glas Wein 78€ . Also Insgesamt ist also sehr teuer.

War neulich mit Freunden da, leider so gute Bewertungen kann nicht nachvollziehen, Online Reservierung funktioniert schon mal nicht, müssten da ca 40 min warten bis es frei war.
