4.8 stars for everything. Taste of fusion/ Asian tapas is extremely good. Tiny bit suggestions are the sushi boat are actually super presentable but lack of different tastes. They're all the same rice and ingredients wrapped in different shapes. This is the only thing I find not worth 19+€ for one person. I understand limitations of vegan options in sushi 🍣 but it can do with more Creativity for taste than Just what's good for the eyes. Adding lots of vegan mayo sauce does not account for creative taste. Otherwise, effort for deco, vegetable cutting, etc was very good. Meine Freundinnen haben schon seit Langem vom Mandala geschwärmt, und gestern hatte ich endlich die Gelegenheit, selbst dort essen zu gehen – und was soll ich sagen: Ich bin absolut begeistert!

Schon beim Betreten des Restaurants spürt man diese besondere Atmosphäre. Alles wirkt mit Liebe zum Detail gestaltet – stilvoll, warm und gleichzeitig entspannt. Man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Das Team ist unglaublich freundlich, aufmerksam und dabei angenehm unaufdringlich – ein echtes Highlight in der heutigen Gastro-Welt.

Die asiatische Fusion-Küche ist einfach ein Gedicht! Jedes Gericht, das serviert wurde, sah nicht nur aus wie ein kleines Kunstwerk, sondern hat auch geschmacklich voll überzeugt. Frisch, kreativ, ausgewogen – hier wird vegetarisch/vegan auf höchstem Niveau gekocht. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich, wie harmonisch die Aromen abgestimmt sind. Man merkt, dass hier mit Herz und Können gearbeitet wird.

Auch das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt absolut. Für die Qualität, die man bekommt, sind die Preise mehr als fair. Ich hatte das Gefühl, mir etwas richtig Gutes zu gönnen – ohne danach das Portemonnaie zu bereuen.

Kurzum: Das Mandala hat mich komplett abgeholt. Ich kann die Begeisterung meiner Freundinnen jetzt voll und ganz nachvollziehen – und ich freue mich schon riesig auf meinen nächsten Besuch. Ein absolutes Muss für alle, die gutes Essen lieben – auch (oder gerade) ohne Fleisch!
