OneZo Bonn — Restaurant in Bonn

Been there a couple of times, the quality of the products is good, but the service is less than satisfactory. Wanted to order something and was told very impatiently that they ran out (if it was your 500th time telling people that, then why didn't you put up a sign?? We waited 20 minutes outside just to be told that something is not available?). But since I always have a backup in mind I quickly told them another option, and it happened that that was also not available. Of course with that kind of luck I felt a bit flustered and put on the spot. I was looking at the menu thinking if I should pick yet another drink, within 10 seconds this blonde woman yelled to her colleagues at the back in Mandarin: "why does this person need 10 minutes to pick something". Like I am supposed to have memorised your whole menu? Or if your disorganisation was my problem? Was there with a few friends, I was literally looking for a boba place since I got to Bonn 3 years ago, I gave up like last year thinking none would open around here, and we just found it by accident! We were walking around the Christmas market when we saw a person carrying one of the cups. Let me tell you, ITS WORTH THE WAITING LINE, its busy yes, which i am very happy about,I hope you guys get busier and never run our of business! People complaining about the drink being too sweet,you can choose how sweet you want it, with, our without ice,etc. The taste is just AMAZING, the pearls (we tried 3 different drinks) every flavor is spot on,the chewiness is PERFECT. And its just really cool to look at how the drinks are made. The girls who took our order where very patient with us, and the guy who made and handed us our drinks was really nice and polite too. Its a most stop now for me and my friends everytime we go to Bonn, or even, we could just spend hours on the train to go here specifically.

great takeaway drinks for low prices, waiting time depends

the place is really good for takeaway bubble tea, since all the teas I tried yet are really good. there are some seating options (4 chairs to a window sill and a long comfortable bench) but sadly nothing really to sit down and have your drink at a table with your friends. this is due to the rather small building, so they actually managed to make the best out of the small place. the time you have to wait for your drink to be ready varies vastly on the current people in the store. so if you urgently need your drink, look for how many people are there. on some days they will have your drink ready rather quickly but on others it might...
