Food came fast and the service was at first friendly. My pasta was with no salt and hard I had tortellini and I don’t believe this have to be al dente…. I also payed 15€ it was expensive for a dish that taste bland. All this would have been okay if the service wasn’t this rude. I ask for a bill from far away. And then the bill came he didn’t even ask if we want it separat or together. Just because we were man and woman he made it together. All this would have not mattered I just asked how much I have to pay and if he can give me change as I had only 20€ and couldnt split it with my college. He refused and said if I wanted a separate bill bill I should have said from the start!!! he was very rude and didn’t want to change my 20 bill haha I mean next time I can scream from 5 meters I want a separat bill… but I don’t think that this is standard. They should come to ur table and ask or later if u ask them to change ur 20 € be friendly. Super unfriendly and rude just by asking a simple question. Never will go again… there are much nicer places all around the...

We were very pleased when we tried this restaurant last year. After the first positive experience, we occasionally ordered from here. Unfortunately, things changed with the order we placed tonight. Honestly this was the worst pizza experience we've ever had.

First, one of the pizzas was delivered incomplete even though we had paid for the extra toppings. Olives, the second ingredient, they were 1) very few, 2) tasted like plastic. The ingredients of the other pizza were complete, but the taste of all the ingredients was very bad.

Overall, the pizza dough was of poor quality and had a bad margarine smell. The tomato sauce had no seasoning at all. The taste of the ingredients used was so terrible that it should not have been served. And finally… cheese was a complete fiasco… I don't think I can eat cheese for a while.

As a result, we couldn't even eat half of the pizza. Disappointment. I would rather eat frozen pizza than order...

Ich wohne um die Ecke und mag den Laden sehr. Das Essen ist in Qualität dem Preis absolut angemessen, wer Biozeug und Hofladen will, der muss halt woanders hin un deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen. Es ist ein solides Mittelklasserestaurant, in dem man es sich durchaus regelmäßig leisten kann, seinen Magen zu füllen. Die Bedienung ist bisher immer sehr nett und lässt einen auch auf die Toilette, wenn man nicht im Restaurant ist, sondern im Sommer an der Mauer, welche gesellschaftlicher Treffpunkt in der Maybachstrasse ist, sitzt und etwas vom Kiosk trinkt (einfach freundlich fragen, mir wurde dies bisher noch nie verwehrt). Das ist leider in dieser Pseudohippen Burgerbude names "Mentz-Burgers" nicht der Fall, da bist du Wilkommen wenn du dir den Arschteuren mittelmäßigen Burger reinziehst, aber komm nicht auf die Idee dass die dich einen Tag später auf Toilette lassen, wenn du nichts bestellst. Nun, und es ist ein Italienisches Restaurant,. Wie wir alle wissen, hat die Familie in Italien einen hohen Stellenwert, und das hier ist eine Gegend, in der nun einmal sehr viele Familen leben, und dort eben auch essen gehen. Wem das nicht passt, der ist grundsätzlich in diesem Viertel einfach falsch und soll dann halt einfach daheim ne Runde heulen anstatt hier rum zu jammern.
