We tried Bona'me for the first time yesterday, and we will be definitely back. The food is super delicious, so fresh, with very generous portions. Everything we tried was amazing! The interior design is simply so beautiful. They prepare everything (including their homemade pastas and dough) right there in front of your eyes at the various stations. Its the concept of service that did not work when we were there, so really hope they will improve that, because it takes away from the otherwise great experience. So the concept idea is that before you sit down, you get a 'buzzer' and a card to scan. Then once you scanned the card, you order on your phone via their app. This in itself is a good concept that works at many places, but the app here needs to be fixed. Once we sent our order, the app showed the order of a completely different table, with at least 8 guests, dozens of drinks and like 10 meals. (We were just 2 people). We asked for help from a server, who was also confused and tried to find where to serve the 2 drinks we ordered. She helped start the order from scratch in the app, we put our order in again, and then the order registered to another table again. This is a pretty dumb experience. Noone wants to mess with a faulty app for 20 minutes and send their order in an app 3 times, when there are plenty of very capable servers right there. Its silyl, and a waste of everyone's time. We finally did receive our drink and then the super delicious food (which you pick up from the station yourself), but not a great start for the experience. Hope they fix their tech solutions (hint: put the specific QR code on each table to be scanned, instead of giving out cards that do not connect to the specific table.)
