Extremely moody toilet lady refused to talk with me about the 0,50 cents she herself required for a toilet visit when she got off some phone call. After trying my very best to talk in German, switching to English and nonverbal communication wasn't good enough for her either. I was just trying to ask whether I had to pay for the toilet if we paid for coffee upstairs. But there was no way she would talk to me and basically shood me away. The coffee was ok and at least the ladies upstairs in the cafe were helpful. But I got away from the cafe as soon as possible to avoid escalations from the toilet lady who obviously doesn't care about her own job and takes it out on goodwilling customers. You might be lucky and be served by a polite and good waiter or very unlucky and be served by a rude and lazy waiter. As I've been in this place two times and we experienced both, our second visit has been spoiled by a bad, rude and lazy waiter. I don't mind leaving a tip for a good service but not for the bad one. Our second waiter did push us to leave a tip and we refused it as we had to wait for her over 20 minutes to bring us a bill - after 15 minutes of waiting we did remind her about us then she started saying something in German to us that didn't sound polite judging her facial...

The only thing worth it was the bitter lemon at a jigh price. The waiter also only came to ask for our order and then didnt show up anymore, had to ask another waiter to get the receipt and pay.
