At Sattgrün you can put together your own plate. You can choose from many vegan delicacies - crisp salads, antipasti, hot soups, exotic vegetable curries, delicious pasta dishes, hearty vegetable stews and roasted vegetables. And for dessert, you can choose from cakes and puddings. Everything is vegan and freshly prepared. The plates are graded in size and you pay for that size. I went for small and my husband went for medium. Turns out you can get quite a lot on a plate! Everything there is freshly prepared each day and it's all delicious. Another reviewer mentioned that the food was very salty but I didn't find that at all. It was so nice to go somewhere for proper vegan food, not just the odd dish squeezed in as an afterthought at the end of a 'normal' menu. We went most evenings once we'd discovered it - such delicious food and too...

Vegan options like Soya Curry, Thai Curry, Different delicious sauces available. Vegan Tofu, Soya , Potato items, Soups are available as well at extra charges. Drinks and beer is available. A range of curries which are delicious.

Great outside seating to sit and relax in summer.

A wide variety of vegan food that’s actually tasty and nutritious. Loved the fact that they had actual textured soy protein in a few dishes and not just vegetables or tofu; makes a huge difference in the feel of the dish.

Prices are as per the plate size you take 11.90,13.90&14.90. Soups cost individually. Meal combos are also available.

Absolutely delicious vegan buffet! I, a vegan, went there with another non-vegan friend, and we both loved the food! The prices are a little high though, but for the quality, freshness, and the taste, it’s definitely worth it. Can totally recommend when visiting Cologne! 🫶🏻 The only small remark: it was a little „unfortunate“ that the buffet was only one way and once you passed a few dishes, as there were many people in the queue, you couldn’t go back.. i was saving space on my plate (as you pay per plate size) and in the end, i wanted more of something else from the front, but it was too late. Still, everything else...
