Here is what the owner answers to me :

"I guess it just shows your miserable character more than anything else...first the ultimate lie and exaggeration having to wait more than 20 min which is impossible and then the comment: Don´t go there. Thankfully most of our valued guests disagree which shows in the vast majority of positive reviews and revenue. Wishing you lot´s of happiness"

First things first , for the owner , I have to wait for a long time and accept it without saying anything so that I have a good character ? LOL

In my previous comment , I said that "I was waiting for almost 20 min"

The owner said that "ultimate lie and exaggeration having to wait more than 20 min which is impossible" ;

so he is deforming what I am saying and treating a customer as a lier despite the fact that he deformed what I have said. I let you people decides who is the lier ...

In addition to that , I am not the only one who putted a one star review so for this owner instead of improving his services , he is insulting people who give a honest review. He wants always positive reviews so that his business continue to work and he doesn't say "thank you" to those people , he is just attacking people like me who puts a honest bad review...because it doesn't help the business.

I can't describe a bad smell as perfume , sorry ..I am not a lier..

My holiday in Germany 08/11/2025 was great until me and my other 2 friends decided to have some coffee.That very specific Italian speaking guy who’s a server/taking orders is beyond disrespectful and have a really bad manners.He shouldn’t be in the frontline dealing with costumers but in the bathroom instead to clean peoples mess wherein his personality suited better.Galestro we love your coffee but not that italian server.He gotta go,he’s not belong to a tourist area where people just wanna have a peaceful day sipping a cup of coffee.We already had a long day.Giving us an attitude by simply speaking a “UNIVERSAL LANGUAGE “English was being shamed ,thats uncalled for.Galestro U can do...

My buddy and I needed to catch a train, saw a Starbucks and needed to make a decision. Do we settle for Starbucks or try to find a proper place. Before the question even entered our mind Galestro came to us from the heavens.

The service was amazing, the place was full of smiles and laughter, and even more important the coffee, sandwiches, and deserts were amazing.

The Espresso Macchiato was one of the best I ever had. But the tiramisu, cappuccino, and tomato mozzarella panini were also legit AF!
