Osho's Place — Restaurant in Cologne

For me it’s a clear 5* place. OSHOs place is always good. it’s always easy and nice to be there. The food has a good quality and serves really well also on a daily basis.

The prices seem high but if you compare it to other restaurants, it is really a super fair price for the quality and also the amount of food. Maybe it seems high because food is not served at the table.

I love the place especially even more since I have a small kid. They have two Tronas and it’s really convenient and spacious being there with kids. Also they have healthy buffet selection for kids.

The garden is exceptional. Very special and maybe even the most beautiful garden to be in all of cologne.

People there are themselves and always sweet in there own ways.

Not a hipster place, but honestly who wants hipsters when it comes to food.

I came to this place after reading that was a vegan restaurant. The space is really big. The decoration is non existing. The tables and chairs seem taken from a retirement house. The food is in a self service way. You get a tray and ask for the dish you want. There are vegan and vegetarian options. The food is really expensive in regards with quality and quantity. It reminded me school food, really bland and flat flavors. All tasted same. The crowd is odd and the whole atmosphere is pretty sad. Nie wieder ! Das Imbiss-Restaurant Osho’s Place besuchte ich zum ersten Mal, wie andere schreiben sind die Preise auch recht teuer für s Buffet. Ich bin Veganer und bestellte eine Kürbissuppe und einen Teller mit Grünkohl, warm (aufgewärmt offensichtlich), man glaubt es nicht, dass so etwas möglich ist, aber es war nach merhmaligem Probiern unverkennbar auszumachen, dass es tierisches Fett enthielt, dh. Schweineschmalz, mir wurde k**übel, reklamierte das Essen daraufhin, wollte den Koch/ die Köche sprechen, die Kellnerin sagte aber es kann nicht sein usw.. und bekam für den Teller das Geld zurück. Es schauen sich viele Leute nicht die Zutanenbeschreibung der Produkte an, habe immer wieder festgestellt, dass weites Unwissen herrscht ob ohne Fleisch sowie rein pflanzlich. Wie bei Tiefkühlgemüse gibt es tatsächlich auch Grünkohl aus dem Glas dem Schweinefett zugesetzt ist, und zwar der Marke Kühne, es gibt aber auch welche ohne, bei anderer Marke. Man muss halt bei sämtliche zu verarbeitenden Lebensmitteln Genau! drauf achten. Wie auch noch behauptet wurde (Ausrede), dass der Grünkohl frisch und hausgemacht sei, kann unmöglich sein, dieser war definitiv aus dem Glas. Des weiteren sehr ungemütlich: die Inneneinrichtung.

Fazit: bisher nur enttäuschende Erfahrung mit Restaurants mit veget. Gerichten Osho’s...
