I don't usually write bad reviews but this shop deserves one, the staff are very rude, first time i get asked to pay extra when i ordered two burges one without tomato and the other without onion and with tomato instead, and they managed to not do any even after paying extra!! And when confronted they act very rudely... And the 2nd time they also mess up the order wrong buns wrong sauce and when u ask to change the sauce they make u pay again!!! And u get the sauce in a plastic dip container that is impossible to add to your burger and thry keep the old sauce the u literally paid to be swapped!!! And they also act rude again when u tell them this, bad experience 2 times in a row ,...

First of all... they do have great burgers but boy are they expensive. 10 EUR for just a plain and not very big cheeseburger (I had the Lil' Bro) isn't just overpriced but a rip-off! We had 2 of those and the chili cheese fries. 27 EUR 🙈

That's basically as much as 4 daily lunches at one of the traditional restaurants at the Alter Markt in Dortmund.

Compared to Peter Pane, Hans im Glueck and Five Guys they still offer the much better deal. Especially in terms of the quality ingredients you get at Burger Brothers.
