Burgerlich Prager Straße — Restaurant in Dresden

Ordered chicken burger, fries and basil lemonade. I agree with another poster that the price of a burger is ok, but gets pricey with added drinks and fries.

Fries are ok. Slightly soft in the middle. The basil lemonade was good.

Burger was good, enjoyed it though I'm not sure the price is completely justified.

Service was disappointing. I ordered the burger without onions, took a bite and found onions. I wasn't sure whether I specified my order that way, so I asked the waitress. She pulled up my order which said no onions. Then she just took my plate and returned a minute later with the onions scrapped off.

I'm pretty easygoing so I didn't raise a fuss, but I felt it was pretty dismissive. I'd thought maybe it would be remade or at least an apology, but nope. Luckily I wasn't allergic to onions, but still it was a bit annoying to get your slightly eaten plate back just like that.

Overall rating is 3.5 stars. Would have given 4 if service was better.

Edit to the response below: A little more information, I spoke partially to the waitress in German, the order on the tablet was done in German "ohne Zwiebeln", and she clearly saw that when she pulled up my order and looked...

Super cool burger joint in Dresden. Convenient location and close to the hotels and train station. It can get busy, so book ahead and reserve if it is during peak times. I did not have to wait too long, so maybe I was lucky when I visited. The menu is via phone scan, which I don't mind. However this type of order system can be tiresome for some people. The burgers are great, super fresh produce is used and the veggies are crunchy. You get to choose how you want the meat cooked and can add on extra ingredients, really nice attention to detail. The sweet potato fries were delicious. I found the portions perfect for me, but if you want to eat a lot, you might need extra food like 2 sides or a dessert. The burgers are not massive or small in size, so it is ideal if you are quite hungry like I was. The service was efficient, not super friendly or smiley and that's probably the only downside I noticed. Still, this is a fabulous place if you like burgers and want to eat somewhere new. All the best. Service optimisation introduced by digital tablets were you can make your order without waiting for the waiter. The food was fast prepared and delicious. The staff is very friendly ( a very big plus).

Today I was treated with discrimination by the girl on the service desk. I told her from the beginning that i know the Welcome Procedure and she don't need to explain and lose time. Instead of a friendly treatment- she indicated (very quiet) that I should seat (we were 2 Persons ) in a far corner and so that anybody else could stay with us at the table. The restaurant was almost empty. The tables with tablets for self service have 6 or 8 seats. After such conversation we decided to minimise the contact with this girl and moved to 2nd floor. After aprox 1 minute she came to us to say that here are seating only families with kids. Again- the 2nd floor was totally empty. I told her that I feel very discriminated because i am not speaking german very well and we left the place.

I hope my experience will change the stupid rules and make this people get out of...
