Curry & Co. — Restaurant in Dresden

Dear Curry & Co Team, you definitely screwed up!

Our today’s (FRI, Feb 19th) experience was unacceptable. Family arrived 7:10pm after a 10km drive through Dresden and lined up. 7:15 pm staff looked through the window and definitely did see line of people waiting. When it was our turn, it was 7:33pm. Staff looked through the window and just said: “sorry, I do not have anything to sell anymore.” Closed the window. Done.

I believe at least there should have been two options to show real customer centricity

1. giving us notice at 7:15pm that probably we will not able to get any Curry
2. at 7:15 count / ask people lining up what the intend to order and to cook some more Curry and fries.

So family drove home - another 10 km - and kids where really frustrated! visiting Curry & Co was their planned highlight of the entire week...

This place is situated in one of the most modern areas of Dresden, Neustadt. The place is pretty small but you can always take the food out.

The menu is quite wide, you can choose from different cooked saugages (as beef, smoked or vegetarian) with many sauces as well (from the regular ones like ketchup to something more special as peanuts). The curry is quite good (you can choose between regular or extra spicy) and the fries are really, really good.

Of course you can order a national beer or a fritz kola (german's coke). Also, the prices are really reasonable and I would recommend it to anyone...

I walked 30 minutes across town just to try this currywurst — and it was 100% worth it. Being in Germany, I felt like currywurst was a must… and this one seriously hit the spot. So simple, but so good — the kind of flavor you don’t find just anywhere.

Now I regret not buying a bottle of the sauce to bring home 😭

Had it with frites and mayo (of course), and washed it down with a Fritz-Kola — super hip, slightly more subtle than Coke, but honestly, the design alone wins.

Even the music playing in the shop had that cool, indie vibe. Didn’t...
