McDonald's — Restaurant in Duisburg

Went to McDonald's for a quick pit stop at the train station. And I only ordered a Apple Pie snack and it was tasty except it took way too long to wait for my take out order and because I barley understand German I was waiting for my number to pop up on the collect screen and I was in a hurry. After that I asked the workers if they had my order and they couldn't recognize my order number so they just ignored it. Dear owners of this particular restaurant, please pay attention at a misbehaving manager that keeps working at your restaurant since 2022. Today I saw this guy again and recognized him as he did to 3 foreign students exactly same what he did to me 3 years ago: he sent the descent guys away with no food recommending them to start learning German, adding that if they live in Germany, they need to speak German, not English. Extremely racist manager! I was waiting for my friend at McDonald’s before ordering, sitting there for about 15 minutes because we had a lot of luggage.
