Asian Fusion — Restaurant in Dusseldorf

The owner spoke really rudely to us. We ordered a small noodle box and initially wanted to pay in cash, we didn’t know it possible only until a certain amount spent, he responded aggressively instead of explaining politely to customers. Food was always good for the price but unfortunately, a staff was extremely rude towards us. It was totally unexpected and to me, very outrageous, even though his colleagues seemed to be nice. If you are the owner/manager and reading this comment, I would sincerely suggest you "have a look" at the staff once in a while. Ich war heute (21.11.2024) gemeinsam mit meiner Mutter bei denn Arcaden. Nach dem kleinen Einkauf wollten wir was zum Abendessen.

Wir haben zwei Gerichte bestellt und waren total enttäuscht. Wir haben einmal Gebratene Nudeln mit Garnelen gekauft. Bei diesem Gericht waren Original 2 Garnelen drin, dazu war Hähnchen und Schweinefleisch drin. Darüber wurden wir nicht informiert. Nach meiner Nachfrage wieso nur 2 Garnelen drin sind hieß es „es sind immer nur 2 drin.“. Tut mir leid aber wir haben 11,80 für dieses Gericht gezahlt mit einem Getränk dazu. Finde es frech dass man so reagiert dazu kommt man sollte denn Kunde darüber informieren dass dort Schweinefleisch ist. Für ein Muslimen ein NO-GO!

Das zweite Gericht wäre Gebratene Nudeln mit knusprigen Hähnchenfleisch. Dort waren 4 Stück Hähnchenfleisch. Das Gericht hat mit Getränk 9,00€ gekostet, gesamt 20,80€.

Dazu kommt wir wurde nicht mal gefragt ob wir eine Sauce wie z. B. Süß-Sauer Sauce drauf haben möchten.
