Pizza Milado Pasta — Restaurant in Dusseldorf

I enjoyed this place a few months back and gave a 5 star rating. Have been here twice since then and had an unpleasant experience both the times. Once, they gave me penne pasta while I ordered spaghetti. They didn’t care when I questioned and I let it go. Today, I ordered the same and paid my bill at the cashier. I told the woman my preference of sauce for which she made me two plates of pasta, one with sauce and the other without. She said to the cashier that I ordered another with sauce and forced me to pay for it. I told the cashier that I just shared my preference of sauce, like everyone else were doing and I would obviously come to him if I wanted to order another as they would prepare my order only after payment. He, once again didn’t care and insisted me to pay. Never going back to this...

Hallo Zusammen,

euer Essen war immer mein Highlight der Woche einfach lecker und super als ToGo um es dann zu Hause nach dem shoppingtrouble genießen zu können. Ich bin immer wieder sehr gerne gekommen.

Doch leider gab es nicht nur mit dem Geschäftsführer Wechsel eine Änderung :( nachdem ich danach 3 mal da war wurde das Essen leider nicht besser, aus trostlos wurde sogar verdorben. Da ich es immer zum mitnehmen hatte konnte ich es vor Ort auch nicht reklamieren. Nach den ersten Malen hatte ich Hoffnung das es einfach nur ein schlechter Tag der Küche war.

Diesen haben wir schließlich alle mal, doch das letzte mal war das Essen sogar sauer und roch…. Dennoch habe ich eine Gabel probiert aber leider war es wirklich schon verdorben :(

Ich fände es sehr schade wenn das der neue Standard wird, da ich wirklich immer gerne bei euch war. Vielleicht wurde eine Zutat verändert?

Ich hoffe das mein Beitrag nicht gleich verschwindet, ich befürchte eine Beschwerde vor Ort würde kaum helfen, da durch den Wechsel auch das Personal nicht mehr so freundlich ist wie es mal war.

Es wäre schön wenn hier die alten Zeiten wieder aufblühen würden.
