Whilst looking for some tea I came across this place (I was staying at the holiday Inn), it was quite clear by the menus but also by the staff and their attitude towards me that they were not looking for English customers. It's a shame as it looked nice but I was completely put off and chose to spend money elsewhere.
I don't speak a lot of German and was told in no uncertain terms that they don't speak English (I appreciate I'm in Germany and that's my fault) but perhaps they didn't realize I do understand some and it was clear a general communication was put out that I was English which seemed to mean they lost interest....shame....but their loss, money spent elsewhere....
I cannot recommend this place if you are an English speaker like me... Go elsewhere for a more friendly...
